How much do indoor blinds cost?
The cost of installing new blinds in your home or office will vary depending on factors like the size of the window, fabric and the style you decide on. Roller blinds, Venetian blinds and vertical blinds are all some of our most affordable products, with prices starting from as little as $60.

What blinds are best for sliding doors?
There are three styles of blinds that we would strongly recommend for covering sliding doors: vertisheer blinds, panel glide blinds and vertical blinds. Each of these blinds are ideal for sliding doors as they all have incredibly easy-to-use tracking systems that allow for quick access to the door.
What blinds are best for privacy?
When it comes to privacy, we recommend roller blinds as once they're rolled down, the single fabric shade offers privacy day or night. Vertisheer blinds are also great for daytime privacy, as the sheer fabric allows you to see out while preventing outsiders from seeing in.
What blinds can reduce outside noise?
To reduce outside noise, we recommend installing double roller blinds or Roman blinds. Double rollers combine two different roller fabrics in one system, meaning a double barrier is created against your windows. Opt for blockout fabric for optimal results. Roman shades are also a great choice if they're custom-made in a thick, blockout fabric. The thicker the fabric, the more outside noise is absorbed, resulting in a quieter home for you.
What do I do when blinds get stuck/ jammed?
If you have bent, broken blinds or blinds that are jammed or stuck, here's a guide on how to fix them or get them working again.
How can I repair broken blinds?
All of our products come with a two-year warranty. If your window treatments break or become faulty within this timeframe, you can submit a claim to Half Price Blinds. For claims covered by the warranty, we will replace or repair any product with like or similar parts, found to be defective as a result of faulty materials. How long does it take to install blinds?
Even though it seems like a huge task, installing blinds is actually pretty easy to do yourself. Plus, if you know what you're doing, it doesn't take too long either! Once you've read through our DIY guides and watched our how-to install videos, it should only take 30 minutes to an hour (max) to install your new blinds.
How do I measure for blinds?
No matter what type of blind you require, measuring your windows is easy with our simple instructions which you can find here. Before you get started, make sure you have a metal tape measure, plus a pen and paper on hand.

How much will delivery cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $199 that are inside any Australian capital city metro area. If the order is to be delivered outside of any capital city metro area, a surcharge for packing and freight will be added to your order.
How long will my order take?
We aim to ship all orders in a timely manner, however it's worth keeping in mind that certain products do take longer than others to manufacture. Please follow this estimated guide for manufacturing and delivery timeframes below or you can view the full product guide here.

Can I get a measure and quote?
Half Price Blinds is a 100% online shop so unfortunately, we do not measure and install or provide quotes. However, if you measure your windows and enter the measurements online, you'll be able to see how much your new window treatments will cost.
Can I order custom size blinds?
Yes, absolutely! If your window measurements are outside of the minimum or maximum width or drop listed in the product order form, all you need to do is send us an email or call our customer service team to arrange your custom order.
