How to quickly clean blinds
There are two kinds of people in the world: clean freaks and those who couldn't care less if there's dirty dishes in the sink. Me? I definitely fall into the clean freak category and always make sure I have all the latest cleaning gear on hand. However, you just as easily clean your blinds with things you probably already have lying around the house.
Cleaning Venetian and Vertical Blinds
To clean these blinds, simply grab your vacuum from the cupboard, put on the brush attachment and vacuum the slats. Then, give them a wipe down with a microfibre towel and a bowl of warm, soapy water.
If you don't have either of these, you can just as easily substitute the vacuum for a feather duster and the microfiber towel for a single (clean) sock. Put the sock on your hand and run it along any surface to pick up dust for clean blinds in a flash.
